Objectif
Discuter des principaux défis qui se posent en matière de lutte contre la fraude au sein de la chaîne alimentaire et sensibiliser les opérateurs à l’importance de la prévention et de la lutte contre la fraude, et ce afin d’éviter les risques potentiellement associés pour la chaîne alimentaire ainsi que de conserver la confiance du consommateur.
